Returns and Exchanges
We do our best to provide descriptions on our online store of any natural imperfections that occur during the crafting process of our goods.
If for some reason you feel the product does not meet these expectations, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the product to discuss a return. We will ask you to ship the item back within 30 days.
We do not currently accept exchanges.
If you’ve made a mistake, please contact us immediately for cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order.
Otherwise, please be certain when you submit your payment; given that we are a lean team with limited supplies, we don’t currently have the ability to accept cancellations! But please do reach out for any issues with your order and we will help you resolve them.
Customized items are non-refundable and non-returnable.
Please allow 3-5 days for processing for goods listed on our online store, and 7-10 Days for special requests.
Please allow 7-14 business days for your order to arrive within the USA.

We are currently only shipping within the USA, but are actively researching on how to expand our reach.
